Where is Capricorn Beach located?
Capricorn Beach is located in Yanchep, a coastal suburb of Perth 56km north of the Perth CBD. Yanchep is known for its sandy white beaches, abundant bushland, the Yanchep lagoon and the Yanchep National Park.
Is Capricorn Beach close to amenities and public transport?
Capricorn Beach is located only 2km from the Yanchep Central Shopping Centre which houses multiple supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It is also located within 5km of schools, childcare centres, medical centres, banks and recreational facilities. As for public transport, Yanchep will be a quick 49 minute train ride once the Yanchep rail extension is complete in 2023. When the Yanchep rail extension is complete Capricorn Beach estate will be located within 5km of the future rail station.
What is a house and land package?
Put simply, a house and land package is when a buyer purchases a package deal consisting of a block of land from a developer and the construction of a home from a builder. This purchase happens in one seamless process, but the buyer ends up with two separate contracts as they are purchasing from two separate entities.

How close will I be to the beach?
At Capricorn Beach, we offer a number of different beachside lots that vary in distance from the shore. Our lots closest to the beach are located within the Shortboard and Serene releases, which are around 600-850m from the beach reserve.

Is Capricorn Beach close to restaurants and cafes?
Yes, Capricorn Beach is only a couple of minutes from Yanchep Central Shopping Centre where there are a number of great restaurant and café options.
There are several cafes, take-away shops and dine-in options scattered throughout Yanchep and you will have the choice of different cuisines including Italian, Indian, Greek, and Japanese. You can also find popular fast-food chains like McDonald’s and Subway.
How far is Yanchep National Park?
Capricorn Beach offers many beautiful parks where families can enjoy a picnic and relax. The iconic Yanchep National Park is only a 15 min drive from Capricorn Beach and offers over 400 caves to explore, several walk trails, a bush golf course, camping facilities and so much more. It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and spot some beautiful native animals, like kangaroos and koalas.
