[00:00:04] I’m Gaby I’m 24. I’m Josh I’m 26 and we’re a painting and decorating team from the northern suburbs. And what attracted me to Capricorn Beach was the proximity to everything, there’s train stations, villages and the beach is close by.
[00:00:22] What attracted me to Capricorn Beach mainly the lifestyle. It’s got the same lifestyle as you can hope to get down south, but you’re close to everything. It’s really the perfect place for anyone.
[00:00:47] And it was just a pressure free environment. It felt really, just so natural.
[00:00:55] We decided to build a home that was family friendly and pet friendly. When we checked out the other estates, we found that they were all very crammed and we just couldn’t quite get what we were looking for. It’s quite spacious. There’s lots of natural bushland and parks. It’s a great environment.
[00:01:19] Not to mention how close it is to the ocean. It’s just a beautiful place to live.
