Hey Yanchep, guess what?
You’re getting a train station!
Yesterday, Premier Mark McGowan announced the Joondalup train line is going to be extended from Butler to Yanchep. The rail link will be operational by 2021 which will ease congestion and make transport to the city that much easier.
And guess what else?
Work is also starting on a brand new neighbourhood shopping center in Yanchep.
The retail site will be anchored by a supermarket and a tavern with a drive-thru bottle shop. There is also expected to be several small businesses with all your essentials.
As well as servicing the Capricorn Beach community, the http://medicines4all.com shopping centre site is also expected to draw many visitors from the Yanchep National Park.
There is also going to be a direct road linking the train station and the http://medicines4all.com shopping centre.
With Yanchep’s population expected to more than triple by 2036, building infrastructure now will increase the already strong sense of community in the thriving suburb.
Land prices are sure to rise once these projects are complete, which makes now the perfect time to buy.
