Blending panoramic ocean views, relaxed dining and a true community-first vibe, this newest addition to the northern beaches is already shaping up to be a go-to destination for both locals and visitors.

Whether you want a casual breakfast by the water, a long lunch with family or a sunset drink after a day at Yanchep Beach Park, here is everything you need to know before opening day.

Opening date and venue details

The Yanchep Beach Club is now officially open . From day one, the venue will be trading seven days a week, offering a welcoming space for early risers, beach walkers, families and groups looking for a relaxed coastal escape.

Set across a generous 600 square metres, the club has been designed to make the most of its incredible location overlooking Yanchep Beach. Expect sweeping ocean views, a large alfresco area and a spacious indoor dining room that fits around 100 guests comfortably. In total, the venue will have room for approximately 300 people once fully operational. During December, the club will operate on a walk-in basis, with bookings and events set to open from early 2026.

A new chapter for the northern beaches

The Yanchep Beach Club comes from the Esqulant Leisure Group, the same team behind popular destinations including Hillarys Beach Club, Iluka’s Bar Olé and the seasonal Sorrento Beach Club. Their latest venue continues their focus on creating relaxed, community-driven spaces along Perth’s coastline, with more developments planned for the future.

Early morning coffee and coastal favourites

If you start your day at Yanchep Beach, you will love the club’s dedicated takeaway window. Opening bright and early at 7 am every day, it will serve freshly made pastries, muffins and barista coffee. Later in the day, the menu switches to beach classics including fish and chips, pizzas and other easy takeaway options perfect for a sunset picnic on Capricorn Beach.

All-day dining and late-night cocktails

Inside the main venue, guests can enjoy a full dining experience from breakfast well into the evening. Head Chef Nick Cooper brings a fresh take on Australian pub-style favourites with an Italian influence, including some much-loved dishes carried over from Hillarys Beach Club, such as their iconic steak sandwich.

With seating spread across indoor and outdoor spaces, the Yanchep Beach Club is designed for long, relaxed meals with sparkling ocean views to match.

A Mediterranean-inspired coastal fit-out

The beach club has been brought to life by Matthew Crawford Architects, drawing inspiration from both Mediterranean charm and the rugged beauty of the Australian coastline. Every detail, from the colours to the materials, has been chosen to reflect the area’s naturally relaxed beach culture, with the build completed by local trades and suppliers.

Venue Manager Jade Hopkinson will oversee a team of more than 100 staff, ensuring the club delivers a warm, community-focused experience from day one.

The perfect location at Yanchep Beach

Located on Capricorn Esplanade within the Capricorn Beach Estate, the Yanchep Beach Club sits right at the heart of one of Perth’s fastest-growing coastal communities. With easy access to Yanchep Beach, Yanchep Beach Park and the surrounding walking paths, it’s the perfect place to refuel after a morning swim or settle in for a sunset drink.

A new destination for locals, holidaymakers and day trippers
